Using large image patterned paper

Good Morning Stampers!

I am hoping to cut my grass today.  The weather is supposed to rain in the afternoon but I am hoping to get it cut this morning.

My creation today began with the sketch challenge at Diva Coffee Break Design.

When I saw this I thought the Pretty Postage set would be great for the bottom element.  I needed some paper for the top and I turned to the Pocketful of Posies paper.  I don’t know about you but I sometimes struggle with how to use the paper that has the large images on them.  This sketch was perfect for using a corner of that paper.  This is a quick and simple card and would be perfect for mass producing.  Here is what I came up with.

Hope you liked my card today.  Thanks for looking and have a Great Day!

  1. How did you do the flower in the corner with red and black? I can't seem to figure it out.

  2. Great card Robbie. I must admit to not being a fan of dsp with large images on them.
