Stampin’ Up True Beauty Friend
Hello Everyone – I cut up a background die to make today’s Stampin’ Up True Beauty Friend idea.
When I looked at the dies for the True Beauty bundle I wanted to see if I could use the diamond background die in a fun way. Making a few snips with my scissors and I had a new fun background to use.
The True Beauty bundle has watercolor images that are fun to stamp. I love the sentiments included as they are general and can be used at any time.
After I created the fun background I then recut the die using different colors and filled in the diamonds with various colors. Some of the shapes were added with dimensional to add some interest.
I used the smaller flowers in the stamp set to mimic the flowers in the pattern paper. They were used for the inside of the card and the envelope.
One of the other images in this set was used to create this adorable black & white with a pop of color card. This flower on this pink card is my favorite one in the set. Do you have favorite flowers in your stamp sets?
