Spring Metal Flowers

Good Morning Ladies!

Well today I am on my way to take a pop-n-cuts class from Karen Burniston.  She is the lady who created the Pop-n-Cuts for Stampin’ Up.  She is with a new company and has revised her platform die to be a framelit style.  I am so excited about this class to learn some new techniques.  I will be sure to share my creations with you later this week.

My card today is for the Dazzling Diva Spring/Easter or Anything Goes challenge

DAZZLING DIVA CHALLENGE #20

I decided to go with the Spring theme.  Spring to me is all about flowers.  I also love the Spring Green colors on the trees as the leaves are coming out.  The flowers were easy as I used some metal craft sheets and punched out some flowers.  I then embossed them and layered them.  I saw a technique video on Pinterest and decided to use it for my card.  I used Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive to watercolor the background.  Here is my creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am liking the Off the Grid stamp for adding a little something to the background.  Have you used it?  Have a Sensational Sunday!
