Coloring Down the Lines – Thanks

Hello Stampers!

Well again no video but I am excited!  I made the final payment on my car today.  I was looking for a new car but I put that on hold.  I have some other things to get straight first.  I will go back to that task at a later date.

Today is our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop.  We had a few of our members pick out some photos for us to use.  Liz picked this one out.

These were some great Spring colors.  I went looking for a sketch to use.  I found a fun one at Share the Joy Challenges.   I could not include the sketch as it was a sketch and color challenge and I used out colors.

I decided to use some of our patterned paper.  I used the Subtles patterned paper stack since all of these colors are in the subtles collection.  I love the use of stripes and dots together so I did some combining of the two.  For the vertical panel I decided to use an embossed piece rather than another piece of patterned paper.  I used the Fluttering embossing folder to carry the theme of the butterfly on the main panel to the background.  I used a retired sentiment to finish off my card.  Here is my creation.

Now it is time to hop on over to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to check out her project.  Make sure you leave her some love as well as the other ladies on the hop.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am going with my sister to the doctor then I have a play date with a friend.  Have a Wonderful Wednesday!

Robbie
