Peekaboo Peach

It’s a New Week ~ So what do you think of the new In Color Peekaboo Peach?  This one is growing on me as it was not the rosy peach I was hoping for.

Well I spent almost all day yesterday cleaning my craft room.  It had gotten way out of hand and I needed to get more organized.  I now have some space to work in.  I just have to keep in mind to clean up and put away after I am done for the day.  Check back with me in 2 weeks to see if I am keeping it organized!

I saw a sketch challenge at Share Joy Challenges that I had an idea that would be good for the spotlighting technique.

I saw the circle as a flower that could be stamped on both papers and then partially colored in.  I chose my background paper and then stamped the flower from Garden in Bloom on it.  I then used a piece of Very Vanilla card stock to stamp the flower on again.  I stamped the inside of the flower onto the Very Vanilla card stock.  I then matched the 2 flowers up and attached the papers.  I cut down the papers to fit onto my card base.  I used some of the 1/4″ gold natural trim to add a piece down the side and a bow.  This was then attached to my card base.  I stamped my sentiment from Rose Wonder on the bottom and my card and my card was complete.  Here is my finished creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I have a hair appointment today and then Jess has one later in the day so I will be gone most of the day and then babysitting Remi tonight.  I may be able to get into my craft room for a quick creation.  Have a Marvelous Monday and if you don’t have the new In Color Peekaboo Peach you should check it out!
