Easter

Hello Stampers ~ With Valentine’s Day over are you getting ready for Easter?

I got my class in yesterday.  I was excited to learn something new.  See even a demo loves to learn something new!  I also was able to prepare for my class today as well as make a card.  I also went to the yarn shop for a few hours in the morning and vacuumed my house.  All in all it was a productive day.

I ran across this sketch at CAS Colours & Sketches.

When I saw it I thought it would be fun to play with the Basket Bunch bundle.  My thoughts were to use the bunny, the basket, and the chicks for the 3 circle elements.  I stamped them and colored them in then used the matching framelits to cut them out.  I chose a neutral background from the Falling in Love dsp and mounted it onto matching card stock.  This strip was added to the left side of the Very Vanilla card base.  A strip of Silver glimmer paper was attached in the middle with tear & tape.  All I needed to do was add my cut out using dimensionals.  Here is my completed creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I have 2 classes today and then we have to get ready for Remi’s birthday party tomorrow.  If I can sneak in a little crafting time I will!  Have a Fabulous Friday and have you started working on some Easter cards?
