Hello Everyone ~ are you ready for number 26 of my 10 Minute Creation – Timeless Textures?
Yesterday did not go as I had planned. Jess decided she wanted to go to Ikea to look at furniture. So with a late start we took off. Halfway there she got a call from Chris – he has the girls this weekend at his parent’s house – saying that in the morning Zoie had fallen and was still complaining about her arm. He was going to take her to Urgent Care just to play it safe. He called us back later saying they wanted an x-ray and their machine was down so they were headed up the road to get an x-ray. We went on to Ikea and spent the next few hours strolling through all the set ups and looking at the furniture. We found a few things to buy – she was looking for a new desk and found one – so we checked out and headed out to pack up. While we were loading the truck, Chris calls to tell us that Zoie had fractured her collar bone. She is in a sling and needs to follow up with her doctor and will then need to see an orthopedic doctor. It was so surprising as no one thought it was that bad. It will be an interesting next few weeks as luck would have it it was her right hand and she is right handed. Such fun with little ones!
Today is my 10 Minute Creation video. This one is number 26 in the series. Can’t believe I have been doing this for this long. I hope you are enjoying them. Let me know if you want me to continue them.
This week I went for a clean and simple card and decided to use Very Vanilla for my neutral. I chose to use the flower spray from Touches of Texture. Here is the video showing you how to make the card.
Here is the photo of the card and inside and envelope. Sorry the photos are not that great. I had to take the photo at night and the lighting is not the best.
