100 holders

Hello Everyone ~

I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend.  I have a class tomorrow and a workshop next week so I need to get ready for that.  I am not sure if I will be doing anything else as it will depend on what comes up.

I finished my 100 Tic Tac holders and delivered them.  The lady was thrilled with them.  I now will start to work on the 25 birthday invitations I have an order for.  I will work on all the pieces and then put the cards together.  I find it easy to do mass assembly rather than make one at a time.  Those are due in about 3 weeks.  I am hoping to have them almost completed by the end of next week.

To make the holders I took a piece of card stock a little larger than the box.  I rounded the corners and stamped the bottom.  The scoring was based on the thickness of the box.  To hold the box inside I created a band that was wrapped around the box and then stuck to the inside of the holder.  The personalized sentiment was printed on the computer and cut and glued to the inside front cover.  The shells were stamped and embossed with gold and then punched out.  They were attached with glue dots.  To finish the box off I used some of the gold natural trim to tie around the holder.  Here is a picture of a few of them.

I have a new series I want to start next week.  I created a little video to let you know about it.  Here is the video.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  If you think of a name for my new series let me know.  Have a Super Saturday and have you ever made 100 holders?
