Hello everyone! I hope everyone did okay in the storms last evening. We had rain but that was it. I saw on the news how one area had strong winds and trees were blown down.
I have 2 cards for you today. They are both from the 2 Sketches 4 You blog. Each week they do 2 sketches – a regular sketch and a bonus sketch. I usually do the regular sketch but this time I decided to do the bonus sketch also.
The first card uses the regular sketch. I thought it would be interesting to use the Baroque Motifs for the 3 panels in the back. I did some creative inking of the stamp by only doing parts of the image and stamping it. This way I can put swirls on all parts of the card. After I stamped it I used a Sakura clear Gelly Roll pen to add lots of glitz (not sure you can tell from the picture). Finally I cut the image apart to form the 3 panels. Here is the sketch and my creation.

The second card used the bonus sketch. This was a simple layout so I kept my card simple. It does not need any explanation other than after I stamped the butterfly I used a Sakura Sky Star Gelly Roll pen to go around the outside to add some bling. Here is the sketch and my creation.
