Happy Monday Everyone ~ are you ready for a Stampin’ Up Birthday Blooms card?
Well I did not manage to get anything done yesterday. I have downloaded my video 3 times and neither time did it work out. The first time I was missing a section. The second time it had a wrong section in it. The third time the sections were out of order. I finally got all the sections in and in the right order so that meant I had to download it again. I downloaded it to my external hard drive finally ~ before I downloaded this one I watched the entire video to make sure it was all there!
Today everyone is back to work and school. I will be working on downloading another video, writing my pdf, as well as making cards for my blog. I also need to make a birthday card that needs to be mailed. I will be busy after my workshop today! I am hoping to get a lot done today so we will see how much I can get completed. I will throw it into high gear and may be able to get more done that I thought.
My card today is one I created for one of my customers. It is a very pretty card and uses some of the new Whole Lot of Lovely designer series paper. I began with a card base of Tranquil Tide. I stamped the large image from Birthday Blooms in the same color ink in the upper right hand corner. Using the sentiment from the set and the same color ink, I stamped the sentiment in the lower right hand corner. A piece of the Whole Lot of Lovely dsp was cut and added to the left hand side. To finish it off I added a piece of Whisper White baker’s twine that I tied in a bow. Here is my creation.
