Share What You Love

Happy Sunday Everyone ~ today the Global Stampers have a blog hop where we are playing with the Share What You Love suite from Stampin’ Up.

I managed to get my newsletter out yesterday.  Did you get it?  If not you need to sign up so you don’t miss them.  The form is on the right.  I also worked on my class.  I have the videos edited and worked on the directions for some of the cards.  I am hoping to get it finished today so I can post it.  This is a great class and if you are looking for a way to extend your shaped framelits, then make sure you check it out.  I am hoping to have some time to play today as I did not get any yesterday.  I had to go shopping as I really did not have food to eat in my house.  Today I have to go down to get my catalog as I had it spiral bound yesterday.  I also have to pick up some baking soda and lemon juice so I can clean the grout in the upstairs bathroom this week.  I forgot the race is one also so I may work on my class during that time so I can watch it.  So much to do and so little time.

Today is our Global Stampers blog hop.  You should have come here from Fiona’s blog – Oakfield Crafts.

This month we are focusing on the Share What You Love suite.  We were to use it to create a Mother’s Day/feminine card.  I had hoped to use some of the gorgeous dsp from the suite, but mine is on backorder.  Knowing that I had to rethink my idea.  Here is the video I made while creating my card.

So you can see all the fabulous details, here is the photo of the card.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  I hope you have some plans for this week.  I have a bunch of appointments this week for myself and Bijou.  I will be working in my craft room when I can and I have to clean the grout upstairs.  I hope to have some play time.  I need to make some cards for my blog as well as some videos.  Have a Sensational Sunday and what did you you think of my Share What You Love creation?  Are you ready to order one of the bundles yet?

  1. I love the simplicity of the layout but the image & embossing brings so much elegance to the card. Thanks for sharing 🙂
