Happy Monday Everyone!
This week will be hectic for me. I start teaching my graduate course tonight. I have been busy making my convention swaps as I will be busy with my class. I still have to make my projects for the next session of Stampin’ Fun and Friends. I know what I am going to do just need to get it done.
Today over at Late Night Stampers or challenge is to use an insect on your project. When we did the Summer Banner class last weekend we used a punch bee on one of the panels. I thought it would be fun to recreate the bee for my card. When I had it finished I thought it would be so fun if the bee was hovering over a flower. I pulled out my Fun Flowers die and cut out my flower. I used the Blossom Builder punch to punch the leaves then folded in half and ran through my crimper. I attached the flower to my card then used wire to attach the antennae to the bee. I also used the wire to form a little stand for the bee. The bee actually wiggles a little when you move the card.
This was so fun! I did not have any bee stamps so I pulled out an old set – Betsy the Beekeeper – to stamp my bees and the hive. I hope you enjoy it. Here is my creation.

This punch bee is adorable. And it looks like something I could CASE. Very nice card.

My oh my, I love it Robbie! Inside and out!
How fun, I love these cute little bees. Funny that I always think they are cute on paper but in real life–not so much!
