Latice Die Flower

Happy Sunday Everyone!

I have to admit that I am in awe of people who can look at punches and dies and see something out of the ordinary they could make with them.  I have always been so envious and wished I could do that.  I never thought it would be a skill I would acquire.  Imagine how excited I was when I was trying to find a shape to use with the sketch challenge for today.

I was looking at my dies and the lattice die came up.  Immediately I saw a 4 petal flower and thought of a daisy.  That was the beginning of this card.

I used the sketch challenge at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday

As I said I was going to use the lattice die and the flower shape.  I cut 4 of them out and realized I only needed 3 so I decided to use the other one as a template for sponging.  When I put the shapes on the card I did not like them all lined up in a row so I switched the middle one up.  I used some of the Floral District ds paper and I love how this card turned out.  Let me know what you think.  Here is my creation.

I hope you find some time today to play with your stamps.  If my card inspired you that is great.  Thanks for looking and have a Sensational Sunday!
