Hello Ladies ~ Ready for some Fall ideas with my Stampin’ Up Seasonal Chums Friend creation.
Well I hit a road block yesterday. My septic tank did not pass as apparently when they built my house someone drove over it with a heavy truck and cracked the top. The top does not affect the function of the system but the inspector says it has to be replaced. I called one guy and he says he does not replace them as they will eventually crack again and there is no reason to as it does not affect the functioning. He says he will put in a whole new tank and tie it into the current lines. There is not need to do this and it is very expensive. I am not doing this. Now we have to wait and see what the other guy says. I am certain it will be an expensive replace so all I can do is wait.
I have my last set in the Holiday section of the catalog for today’s card. I decided to use the Fall image for my card today. I began by stamping the pumpkin and coloring it with markers. The framelits were used to cut out the image. I mounted the image on Grapefruit Grove and Soft Suede card stock. The Nature’s Poem designer series paper had 2 great patterns that were perfect for a Fall card.
Did you know the Nature’s Poem is one of the Mixed Bag offerings I have? Check them out here.
I used the leaf piece for the top and the wood grain piece for the bottom. I attached these pieces to a Blackberry Bliss card base. The pumpkin image was attached in the center of the card base. To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss and mounted it onto the same color card stock. Here is the completed Stampin’ Up Seasional Chums Friend creation.
