Hello Ladies ~ I have another idea for the Stampin’ Up Simple Painted Harvest stamp set.
Well I hit a snag yesterday. The buyer wanted the home inspector to come back and check the roof as he says there is still a shingle missing. I called my guy and he was there at the same time. The inspector said it was not fixed. My guy said he could not see it. So instead of the inspector showing my guy the photo so he could see it, he sent it to the buyer’s agent (who was there also) who sent it to my agent who sent it to me. This whole thing could have been avoided if the inspector had just shown my guy the photo. I still have another situation that has not been resolved either. Needless to say I am not signing papers tomorrow and will not sign them until both issues are taken care of. They keep saying the buyer has a shipment coming next week. Well that is not my problem. I am tired of being pressured to do whatever the buyer wants. This is my house and I do have some rights.
Ok onto my card for today. The next set on my Catalog Journey just happens to be Painted Harvest which I used yesterday also. This will give you another idea you can use with this set. I began with a panel of the Nature’s Poem dsp that I mounted onto Soft Suede. This panel was added to a Fresh Fig card base. Next I took a piece of the Tranquil Textures dsp and mounted it onto Tranquil Tide card stock. This was added horizontally to the middle of the card base. The Petal Burst embossing folder was used to emboss a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock and then the piece was added to the lower portion of the Tranquil Textures dsp strip. I stamped the flower using Blackberry Bliss and the center was added using Daffodil Delight. The flower was fussy cut and a faceted gem was added to the middle. Using Tranquil Tide ink and card stock some leaves were stamped and then punched with the Leaf Punch. Glue dots were used to attach the leaves to the flower. The flower was then added to the card base using dimensionals. Here is my completed Stampin’ Up Simple Painted Harvest.
