Black and White With a Pop of Color Card Idea

Hello Everyone ~ want to see my Black and White With a Pop of Color Card Idea?

Yesterday was low key.  The girls got home around 12:30 and we spend some time snuggling.  It was good to see the girls and Remi gave lots of hugs.  Zoie is a little older and is at that age after she gives you the few initial hugs she is fine.  I gave them the gifts I had bought for them at Walt Disney World.  I also gave them their coats and hats and gloves I got for them for Christmas for winter.  They don’t need it yet but it will be cold soon so I opted to bring them just in case they needed them before I see them at Christmas.  Later in the afternoon, Jess and I went grocery shopping for our Thanksgiving dinner.  Then she fixed chili for dinner.  Great way to have a low key day!

When Amanda and I used to go to Convention in Utah we always hosted a Black and White with a Pop of Color swap.  We have not been in 3 years so when we were going to OnStage 2018 we decided to host it again.  This is one of my favorite swaps as the cards are just fabulous!  For my swap I used the Accented Blooms stamp set and stamped it using the craft ink pad on Basic Black card stock.  I then embossed it using Whisper White embossing powder.  For my pop of color I took the sentiment from the stamp set and stamped it in Bermuda Bay.  This was punched out and added to the card stock with dimensionals.  To finish off my card stock I added a bow using some of the Silver metallic edged ribbon.  Here is the completed Black and White with a Pop of Color Card Idea.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  Zoie has her Thanksgiving program today so I will be going to her school to see that.  Have a Marvelous Monday and what color would you use for a Black and White With a Pop of Color Card Idea creation?
