Postcard Pals for the girls

Hello Everyone ~ I have a cute children’s card today with my Postcard Pals for the girls.

It was a long trip home yesterday.  I don’t particularly like doing the trip by myself.  I usually try to talk to someone for part of the trip to help pass the time.  There are spots where the scenery is very boring as there is nothing.  That is usually when I like to talk to someone.  It helps to pass the time and keeps me awake.  I did not have anyone to talk to today so I took a little longer break when I made it to the North Carolina Visitor’s Center.  I made it home and had the car unloaded by 5.  Not bad timing!

Today I am sharing a cute children’s card I made for the girls.  I used the Postcard Pals stamp set.  I stamped the cute otter on each panel.  I then coloring the otters in.  I colored the shirts in each girls favorite color.  After I had the otters colored, I used my craft knife and cut their little paws.  I had used a Valentine punch and punched out a red heart.  I pushed the red heart up under the paws and used a glue dot to hold it in place.  I mounted this colored image panel on a piece of card stock that is the same color as the shirt.  This panel was mounted onto a piece of Whisper White using dimensionals and then mounted onto the same color card base.  The sentiment was stamped using the same color ink.  Here is the completed Postcard Pals for the girls.
