Hello Everyone ~ I paired some dies with a busy designer series paper in my Brightly Gleaming and Christmas Pines creation.
I only have 25 pages left in my book. I did not get it finished before the meeting last night but that is okay as I will finish it today. I also did not get my table runner completed. I totally forgot I had a Christmas Stamp-a-stack I had to prep for. I am all set up for that today so after they are finished I will go back to the table runner. I have the binding all ready to attach and I have most of the stitching in the ditch done. I just have to remember how to stitch the binding on the corners. Thanks heavens I have a you tube video to refer to.
I only have a few patterns of the Brightly Gleaming designer series paper left to share with you. Today I used the green holly pattern. This is a very busy pattern and I wasn’t certain what I was going to do with this one. I did not have any set that I thought I could use with it as I wanted to show you another idea beside adding a sentiment. That meant I had to #ShopYourCraftStash to use an idea with a retired stamp set and dies. The Christmas Pines stamp set has the great pine cones in it and the Pretty Pines dies has the pine needles. I stamped the 2 pine cones using Crumb Cake and Soft Suede. The coordinating dies were uses to cut them out. Mossy Meadow card stock was used to cut out the pine needles. Cherry Cobbler card stock was used for the berry sprigs. The designer series paper was cut smaller than the normal panel used on a card front. The ribbon was a #ShopYourCraftStash pick as I love this retired quilted ribbon. It was attached to the upper part of the designer series paper and then the panel was added to a Crumb Cake card base. The pine needles, berry sprigs, and pine cones were then layered in the lower right hand corner. Here is the completed Brightly Gleaming and Christmas Pines creation.

Here is another idea using these dies with another designer series paper with my Stampin’ Up Christmas Feels Like Frost. The Brightly Gleaming Snow is another idea using this great designer series paper. Check them out.
