Hello Everyone ~ I played with a new bundle with my Timeless Tulips with Masking idea today.
I am sorry this is posting late. I was at the hospital all day yesterday and when I got home I was exhausted and had not taken my pictures. I will be taking pictures and working on posts for the next few days so I have something. I will not have videos for a while as I did not get them made and I am not home to access my video equipment. I will let you know when I am back and can get some made.
One of the new bundles in the catalog is the Timeless Tulips bundle. I love tulips at this time of year as they scream Spring to me. I know we are all anxiously awaiting warmer sunnier weather so maybe this card will bring a smile to your face. I saw this layout done by someone else and decided to put my spin on it. I began with a 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Whisper White. I used the small tulip head and inked it up using Mango Melody and then sponging on Real Red. I stamped them 3 times going down the strip varying the direction the head faced. I also stamped the image onto post-it notes 3 times and cut them out for masking. The stems were added using Old Olive and masking the tulip if necessary so the tulips were in the front. The masks were then applied to each tulip and the leaves were randomly stamped. This panel was added to a 1 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Real Red card stock. A piece of 3″ Mango Melody was embossed using the Subtle embossing folder and the stamped panel was added to the right hand side using Tear & Tape since the Mango Melody was embossed. A 6 1/2″ piece of flax ribbon was used and the center 3 threads were removed. The piece of ribbon was added to the left hand side of the Mango Melody panel using Tear & Tape. This panel was then added to a Whisper White card base. To finish off the card I took the 3 thread I pulled from the middle and tied them loosely around the ribbon near the top. Here is the completed Timeless Tulips with Masking.

There are some great products in the 2020 Occasions catalog. This card uses some of the Tropical Oasis designer series paper. Here is a cute idea using the Honey Bee bundle. This fun layout uses the Under My Umbrella bundle.
