Simple Dandelion Wishes

Hello Everyone ~ today’s card is a fun one as I used an embossing folder and a stamp set with the same image for my Simple Dandelion Wishes creation.

I did not get my 2 projects done that need to be mailed out.  Remi had a half day so when she finished her work she wanted to go to the pool.  The water was cold so we didn’t stay long.  I decided since she did not get long to stay in the pool I would get take out for dinner.  We did Chipotle.  She loves it and so do I.  After dinner I had my Zoom.  Remi was my guest stamper.  She had a blast creating her card with the ladies.  She colored her own image using her markers.  She was so proud of herself.

Today she has school again and then we have to meet her dad as she and Zoie are spending the week with him.  It has been great having them these past 2 weeks but it has really put me behind.  I am hoping to be able to catch up over the weekend.  I will work on the projects I need to get mailed out and hope to mail them on Monday.  A lot will depend on whether I can get in my studio this weekend.

I love the fact that the Dandelion 3D embossing folder coordinates with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set.  I have used them together a few times.  Today’s card is another idea for those products.  I enjoyed playing with the embossing folder and just had to use Wink of Stella on the dandelion heads.  Here is the video for my Simple Dandelion Wishes card.

These images remind me of childhood. Who remembers blowing dandelions? Check out the Simple Dandelion Wishes video.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  Today is my last day with Remi.  She goes to her dad’s for a week this evening.  It has been great having her and I will miss her.  Bijou will be sleeping for a week as Remi has kept her busy.  Have a Fabulous Friday and I have to try the Simple Dandelion Wishes in other colors.  I bet it would make a great sympathy card!
