A card I didn’t want to make

I got sad news yesterday.  My daughter sent me a message that her brother-in-law finally passed away.  He was involved in a serious motorcycle accident over a year ago and has suffered quite a bit since then.  I wanted to make a card for his parents so that was my motive for today’s card.

Unfortunately I did not think I would have to participate in the sympathy theme challenge at Just Add Ink so I did not try.  Since I needed a card I was able to participate in that challenge.

I needed to choose some colors so I used the color challenge at Picture Perfect Creations

and combined it with the sketch challenge at Don’t Waste Your Thursday

Here is what I created.

I hope you have some fun plans for today.  Thanks for looking and have a Sensational Sunday!
