Tropical Greeting Card
Happy Friday Everyone ~ how about a Tropical Greeting Card idea for the guys today?
Let’s take a trip to a tropical island! Today’ clean and simple card will help you feel like you are there. The colors and products used were all inspired by photos of islands I have seen.
I began by choosing my colors. The neutral colors were taken from the images of the palm trees on an island. They also make this card a great idea for a guy!
The embossed background uses an embossing folder that reminded me of the bark on the trees. That braided trim reminded me of the tops of the trees where the palm fronds come out.
To make sure you get a tropical feel, the die was used for 2 palm fronds which are added to the center strip for interest.
As you can see you can get inspiration from many places. Check out the video for the Tropical Greeting Card idea.
