Good Afternoon!
I hope you are having a great day!
I needed some Congratulations cards so I went about creating them today. My son in law just got assigned to Marine 1. This is an application process and he was chosen so I wanted to send him a card telling him how proud I was of him. The best part is he and my daughter will be coming back home after being gone about 7 years. I wanted to use the colors of the marine uniform and so I went with Creamy Caramel as the shirt for the card base. The pants are blue with a red strip so I put a strip of Night of Navy with a Real Red strip down the side. I then had to stamp the Congratulations star and mount it. I added the helicopter eyelet at the top and one on the inside. Here is my creation.

I also needed 2 congratulations cards for twin boys who got their Eagle Scout badges. I used the same set and created a similar card but added ribbon instead of the helicopter eyelet. Here are those cards.
