Masculine Birthday Greetings
Hello Everyone – look at how I colored the Be Dazzling specialty paper for this masculine birthday greetings card.
Are you looking for a masculine birthday card for that water loving guy? I used the Sailing Home stamp set and the Be Dazzling specialty paper to create a quick and easy idea. Did you know you can get this paper free with a qualifying order?
The Be Dazzling paper is champagne in color but I wanted to use it for the water. I pulled out my Balmy Blue reinker and made some alcohol colored spritzer. Using the Border Basic dies I cut the top of the Be Dazzling paper. I rounded the top of the paper so it looked more like waves. Then I spritzed it and set it aside to dry.
The sailboat was stamped and colored then die cut. The colored Be Dazzling paper was added to the bottom of the white panel. I tucked the boat behind the waves.
After the sentiment was stamped it was missing something. I pulled out my linen thread and made a square knot. This was added under the sentiment and it helped to tie everything together. My panel was added to the card base. Here is the Masculine Birthday Greetings idea.
