Hello Everyone – I have a monochromatic card today with the Stampin’ Up All Things Fabulous Hello creation.

Have you ever played with monochromatic cards? We have two gorgeous greens in the 2021 – 2023 In Color Collection.I love how the Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent blend so well on this card.

This card uses the All Things Fabulous stamp set. I love this layering stamp set for the beautiful flowers it makes.

This card is a quick and easy card and could be created using any monochromatic colors. I chose to use Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent. Here are all the details so you can use them to make your version.


Measurements

Card Base:  Soft Succulent 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
background layer:  Evening Evergreen 3″ x 5 1/2″
2021 – 2023 In Color pattern paper:  2 3/4″ x 5 1/2″
White: 1″ x 4″
3/4″ x 2 1/4″
scrap for stamping and die cutting


Here’s how to make this Stampin’ Up All Things Fabulous Hello card

  • fold and burnish the card front
  • add the 2021 – 2023 In Color pattern paper to the Evening Evergreen strip
  • glue the strip to the center of the card front
  • punch each end of the 1″ x 4″ strip of White with the Banners pick a punch
  • attach the White strip to the card front slightly above center and centered side to side
  • use a second generation stamping using Soft Succulent of the large flower image on the scrap of white
  • stamp the next layer of the flower using full strength of Soft Succulent
  • stamp the middle layer using Evening Evergreen
  • punch out the flower using the retired 1 3/4″ circle punch
  • punch out the background layer from Evening Evergreen using the retired Starburst punch
  • layer the flower layer and background layer
  • add to card front over the White strip using dimensionals
  • punch each end of the 3/4″ x 2 1/4″ piece of White using the Lovely Labels pick a punch
  • stamp the sentiment from Artistically Inked using Evening Evergreen toward the right hand side of the shape
  • add the sentiment to the card front on the left hand side just below the image
  • take a strip of the Evening Evergreen open weave ribbon cut down the side to cut off the satin edge
  • cut the satin edge off the other side
  • use the 2 satin strips to tie a bow
  • add the bow to the upper left hand corner of the sentiment shape

The flower is perfect for the inside of the card and envelope.

This flower is easy to stamp using 2 colors.  These 2 colors go together well. Get all the details on my blog.

This is one of my favorite flowers to stamp. Check out this idea that is clean and simple and uses a gold hoop. Don’t miss this beauty in pink with gold accents!
