Stampin’ Up! Winter card using Storybook Gnomes pattern paper
Happy Friday Stampers – I used pattern paper for this fun Stampin’ Up! Winter card using Storybook Gnomes pattern paper.
There is a new Sheetload of Cards challenge that I knew I had to play with. I had to decide on my pattern paper. I needed three sheets of 6″ x 6″ paper. I remembered the Storybook Gnomes pattern paper had some snow paper and knew I could pair it with the Snowflake Specialty paper. I love how my card turned out.
This paper is perfect for Winter cards. I love the variety of designs in the collection.

Did you see that fun ribbon treatment? It is perfect for this snowflake card. I love deconstructing the ribbon to make this embellishment and use it all the time.
That adorable snowflake is perfect for the inside of the card and the envelope. Just a hint to the recipient as to what is in store for them when they open the envelope.

This card uses the same ribbon but in a different configuration. This card shows how you can use the thread you use to pull the ribbon apart. I love the 2 different ways to use the ribbon when you deconstruct it.
