Good Morning Stampers ~ I get the Paper Pumpkin each month and today I have a Paper Pumpkin idea for you.
Well I did manage to make 2 cards yesterday. I was surprised that I had the time but it was good to get 2 more cards crossed off my list. I am slowly whittling away at it!
This month the Coloring Down the Lines team will be making Halloween cards.
Since I had used my Halloween set from the Holiday Catalog quite a bit I decided to use my Paper Pumpkin from last month to create some cards. My first one is today. I began with some of Halloween Night Specialty designer series paper for my background. I attached it to a Basic Gray card base. I then added a couple of strips of Halloween Night washi tape. I then used one of the striped pieces from the September Paper Pumpkin kit and and attached it to a piece of Basic Black card stock. I flagged the end of it. I then used one of the shaped pieces with a cat and stamped my sentiment. I mounted this onto a piece of gold foil paper and cut around the shape to allow for a small border. I mounted it to the card base with dimensionals. Here is my completed card.
