Swirly Scribbles

Hello Ladies ~ You can use Swirly Scribbles to create all kinds of cards.

Well I did manage to make 2 cards yesterday.  Jess was sleeping and my workshop was over so I took advantage of the quiet time.  I am slowly working on October’s posts.  I want to have October and November completed before I leave for California.  It will be interesting to see if I am able to get it done.

Today is our last Fall Coloring Down the Lines challenge.  Here is the picture that was our inspiration this week.

I was inspired by the apples in this picture and decided to go in that direction.  I pulled out my Swirly Scribbles thinlets and decided to use the circle for the apples.  After I had my apples I used the leaf framelits to create the leaves for the apples.  I then cut some strips for the stems.  I applied some Tombow Multipurpose glue to the backs and let it set.  After it had set, I attached my applies, stems, and leaves.  The only thing I needed was a sentiment.  I found the perfect one in Bunch of Blossoms.  I stamped it in the upper right hand corner and attached my layer to my Real Red card base.  My card was finished.  Here is my completed creation.

Now it is time to check out the other ladies and what inspired them from the picture.  Hop on over to Helen’s blog – Blue Dahlia Designs .  I am sure she will have a great project for you.  Make sure you check out the other ladies also.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am hoping to be able to do some stamping today but not sure.  What plans do you have for today?  Have a Wonderful Wednesday and what would you create with the Swirly Scribbles thinlets?
