Color combo for Stampin’ Up Irresistible Blooms
Hello everyone – day 2 of sharing the Color Combo for Stampin’ Up Irresistible Blooms color combo idea.
Vicky and I have been playing with a new color challenge this week. Here is my next idea with it.
I bet you will never guess what paper I used for the Night of Navy die cut on the side of the card! It will totally surprise you as it is not one you would think you could use. If you look closely you will see it is a piece of the Shining Brightly Christmas dsp. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out so I tried it and was surprised it worked. Can you tell it is Christmas paper?
I think the surprise on this card is the Shining Brightly dsp for the element on the left side of the card. I think this was an idea that worked out don’t you? Check out this paper and I think I will use it some more for other dies like this one.

Can you tell which paper I used for the die on the left hand side? It was actually the one on the top left of the photo above for the Shining Brightly dsp.
Always check your retired gems to see if you have something you can use. I had the retired gold gems that I pulled out to use on this card.
I have used the die with the Fresh as a Daisy dsp on this card. This stamp set is also great to use for Christmas like this idea.
