Updated card with the bees!

Hello everyone – I have another Updated card with the bees! idea to share with you today.

This month Vicky and I are taking cards from a year ago and remaking them using current products. Unfortunately Vicky will not have phone nor internet for 3 weeks so she is not going to be able to do our collaboration. I will finish the week and then we may try again next month.

I year ago I posted this card on my blog.

When I saw this layout I immediately thought of the bees. They would be perfect in place of the crabs. I went looking for a dsp that would mimic a hive. The Brights collection dots were the closest I could find. I paired it with the black and white paper in Zoo Crew dsp. Here is what I came up with using this layout.

This little bee is so cute. I love the different faces you can use for him. Check out this one that is different from today’s face.
