Playing with hand drawn frames
Hello everyone – In a recent Facebook Live I was Playing with hand drawn frames and wait until you see the cards I created using this technique.
I love finding long lost techniques and playing with them. One idea that I ran across was using a fine line writer to make a frame around your image. The first card used a Paper Pumpkin stamp that I colored. Then I used sketchy lines to draw a frame around the image. I then thought the image was heavy and it needed a second line so I added one very close to the first one. Here is what the final card looked like.
For the second Idea I went with a fine line image rather than a bold one. This one used a simple frame with hash marks for a fun idea. Here is the second idea.

Playing with frames is a great way to design a card. Check out this pretty idea where I used flowers to accent the frame. Frames can also be made by stamping like the ones on this card.
