Hi Ladies!
Sorry I am late with my post today. I had a craft show today so I was up late last night and frantically trying to get everything I needed done and packed. I took some time when I got home to make a card for Simple Saturday.
I don’t know why but for some reason, the sketches at Freshly Made Sketches seem to fit this concept easily and then I can “step it up” without having to change a lot of things. Here is their sketch for this week.
When I looked at this I thought of doing something sweeping across the card. Everything Eleanor has a great swirl in it. I sure am hoping it does not retire this year but it has been with us for a few years so I am not getting my hopes up. I then wanted to do some butterflies as they always seem to go with swirls since they flit around. Once I had my panel created it was just a matter of finishing up the card. Here is my Simple Saturday creation.
