Simple Saturday – Simply Wonderful

Hello Everyone!

Well yesterday was a complete waste of time for me.  I had a lady come by to make my cards from my April workshop.  After she left I fixed lunch for Zoie and myself and cleaned up my craft room.  By that time Jess got home from an appointment she ate lunch and then had to go to the grocery store for the next few days.  I kept Remi and did manage to get the house vacuumed.  She got home about 5:30 and we put the groceries away.  By that time I was exhausted and did not feel I could create anything.  I am hoping today will be better.

Today is Simple Saturday.  I create a simple card that I step up tomorrow.  I saw a color challenge at Colour Me …!.  I knew it would be perfect for my Simple Saturday card.

I also like to use the sketches at Freshly Made Sketches for my weekend cards as I really like their sketches.  I decided to use this week’s sketch for my card today.

I knew what I wanted to do when I saw this sketch.  Here is what I created using both challenges.
