A quick Thank You card

Hello Ladies,

Well yesterday was very hectic for me.  I had several ladies come to make my workshop cards and I met with Renee to put the finishing touches on our Occasions Event we are having on Sunday.  It was nice to get home last night and relax a little.

Today I found a fun sketch to play with.  TGIF Challenges had a fun sketch to play with this week.

I had to have a card to send to someone who placed an order with me.  I thought this would be a great sketch to play with.  I began with the snowflakes in the Perpetual Birthday Calendar set.  I stamped them in Soft Sky along the left upper corner.  I was going to add my sentiment but to me the card needed something.  I pulled out my scoreboard and added some diagonal score lines.  I wanted a Winter sentiment but the only one I had used the word Christmas.  I then used my marker to ink up part of the sentiment and stamped it on a piece of scrap Whisper White.  I cleaned my stamp and then used the marker to ink up the other word at the bottom.  I stamped it in the middle of image and I had the sentiment the way I wanted it.  Here is my final creation.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I will be busy cutting paper for our event tomorrow.  I am hoping to get some time to play but you never know.  Have a Super Saturday!
