I worked on another simple scrap book and got it finished. This one uses legal envelopes to hold the pictures. I found a great tutorial on how to make this scrap book at Inking Addict Designs. Paula does a great job with her directions and the pictures make it clear what you need to do.
I did modify my belly band. I used stick on velcro dots to hold mine closed. I didn’t want to have to slide the band off. I am debating about putting some sticky strip on the back to hold the belly band on the folder when you open it up. I will have to play with it a few days and see what I come up with.
It is hard to tell from the photograph of the inside that each of the envelopes flip down so you can actually add your journaling outside if you want. The tabs pull out the cardstock that you can attach your picture to. You can also journal on the bottom if you don’t want to do it outside. Here is the second photo album.
