An Adult Treat Holder

Good Morning Everyone!

Boy did we get some rain yesterday.  I hope the flooding won’t be too bad.

As you read this I am in Baltimore at the Stampin’ Up Regionals.  I got a phone call from them on Wednesday asking if I could be a helper.  I am super excited as I get to see all the ladies throughout the day.  I am going to be in the color sample workshop.  I will let you know how it went.

My share today is for the Late Night Stampers Challenge to create a treat holder.  I was really stumped as to what to do and during my blurfing today I ran across the Scor-Pal site.  I started looking around and ran across a tutorial for a treat holder for bread.  I thought this would be perfect as at this time of the year we are all making various breads to give as Christmas gifts.

I decided to use my card from Wednesday as my inspiration and stamped the cardstock with the Autumn Splendor leaf.  I then colored it in with Cajun Craze, Cherry Cobbler, More Mustard, and Old Olive markers.  I then used the spritzer tool to add some Chocolate Chip.  I then had to put my box together.  I altered the dimensions in the tutorial to fit my bread.  I also added strips of cardstock on the flaps.  Here is what I created.

Stamp the cardstock with the stamp and color it in.

Use the spritzer to add Chocolate Chip splatters.

Hope you enjoyed today’s treat holder.  Since I am at Regionals, I won’t have a post tomorrow.  If I get a chance to stamp on Saturday I will have a post for Sunday.  If not I will be back on Monday!

Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!
