Hello Stampers!
Well yesterday I decided to do a community event on Saturday. I wasn’t sure what I was going to make to take and sell. I have been working with my good friend Amanda and today when I got home from the yarn shop I cranked out several of her ideas. Today I am having lunch with a friend and I will continue to work on more items. I am hoping this is successful for me so wish me luck!
My card today was a quick make last night. I only had a little bit of time to make something so I grabbed one of the items I made during the 30 Day Coloring Challenge. I really liked the butterfly I made. I took the Swallowtail stamp and embossed it in black on vellum. I then used my markers to color the back of the vellum. I loved the look when I made it so I wanted to use the entire butterfly. I cut it out and attached it to an embossed white card. I think it really makes the butterfly pop. Here is what my final card looked like.
