Late last night I posted a card that used some of the new In Colors. Today’s card uses some new colors as well as a new hostess set.
I used the color challenge on the Colour Create blog. The challenge was to use any three of the following colors – Strawberry, Raspberry, Kiwi, Tangerine and Blackberry. This translated into red, pink, green, orange, and black. I chose to use pink (Melon Mambo), green (Gable Green), and black (Basic Black). I also added some yellow (Crushed Curry) for some added pop.
There is a new level 3 hostess set called The More the Merrier. It has a cute cupcake strip that makes a great birthday card. That is how I used it. Here is my creation.

So, did you pick up that there were markers for the new In Colors? That’s right, we now have markers for our new In Colors. I love the fact that now I can use markers to color or highlight without having to use an aqua painter. Hope you enjoyed today’s card. Thanks for looking and have a Wonderful Wednesday!
