Yesterday I shared the stationary box I made for a friend. Today I would like to share some of the cards I made to go inside.
This set was inspired by one I saw online many months ago. I tried to find the original post but could not. If you by chance know who might have created the original, please let me know so I can give them credit.
I thought it would be nice to make a set of cards that my friend could personalize as to the occasion she would need them for. I used the design below and created 4 cards in different colors – navy, turquoise, pink, and red. I then punched the same color using the scallop oval. I then stamped 4 sentiments – Thank You, Happy Birthday, With Sympathy, and Thinking of You in each of the 4 colors and punched them out with the large oval. Now she can choose the card and the sentiment she wants and add them to the card and she is ready to mail them. Here are 2 of the colors.
I am traveling home today. I had 2 great days with my daughter. We went to Babies ‘R Us and registered for lots of baby needs. I cannot believe how many choices there are now. When I had her 26 years ago it was so much easier!
