Anything Goes Saturday Plum Grove cards

Anything Goes Saturday Plum Grove cards

Hello everyone – I love it when you can get 2 cards from a piece of paper and the Anything Goes Saturday Plum Grove cards are an example.

Vicky and I are sharing ideas using what ever products we want.  Make sure you check out Vicky’s video to see what she created this week.

I was recently watching a You Tube video and the lady used a template with a 6″ x 8″ piece of paper.  I knew her templates would be great for the 49 & Market papers as these are 6″ x 8″.

I checked out Jess Crafts templates and found a great one to use with the paper I had selected.  Using the template to cut my paper I had the pieces for 2 cards.  Love when you get double duty for your work.  Once I cut the paper I also found out I could use 2 different colors for my card base.  Here is the first card I created using a Mossy Meadow card base.

The cutting guide allowed me to make 2 cards from the one sheet. The second card had more pink and hardly any green so I went with Melon Mambo. The layout is the same but because the colors are different it looks like 2 different cards. Here is the second card.
