Happy Friday Stampers!
Well I am going to spend most of the day in the craft room. I have to take advantage when Zoie is not here for my creating and Friday’s she goes to the day care. I am hoping to get quite a few things done. Wish me luck!
My card today began with the color challenge at Utah Divas International. I loved their colors.
After I had my colors, I went looking for a sketch. I loved the simplicity of the Freshly Made Sketches one for this week.
I have been wanting to try an idea I had for the background. I tried my idea on a large piece of cardstock. My original idea did not work so I decided to try another idea. I was pleased to say my second idea worked. I need to play with it some more to make sure it works every time. Here is my creation.

I realized as I was posting this that I needed to add a candy dot for the birds eye. I will have to add that before I send it.
