Boy you would not believe what happened. I told you yesterday that I would be sharing a new mini album I am working on. Well yesterday I went to work on it and realized I needed chipboard. I looked in a big box store and the only thing they had was extremely expensive and then was not big enough. So I figured I would work on it today when I got back from my daughter’s and post it.
Well I got home later than I had planned and started working on it. I am just now finishing it and posting it. But I did get it done in time for my resolution.
I found the idea for this paper bag album on Kathryn’s blog. I wanted to try it and plan on making this for Michaela’s album of pictures for when we went to San Francisco to find a place for her to live. I am using white lunch bags for this one. Since this was going to be her album I let her choose the colors. She chose coral and gold. I did not have any patterned paper with those colors nor was there any in the catalog – current or upcoming. So I picked up some paper with her colors. The colors I got did match the new In color Calypso Coral so I will be using that for her album.
Here is the beginning of the album.
The front of the first paper bag
this page has 2 pockets – one in the bottom flap and the other in the side flap
back of page – flap that lifts up
back of page with flap lifted – pockets in the 2 plaid pieces
Sorry I was so late in posting but I wanted to share it with you. The rest of the pages will be designed the same way. I will share the other pages as I get them completed. Thanks for looking and have a good evening!

This looks like a fun project Robbie. Like what you have created so far – can't wait to see the remainder & finished project!
