Bloom and Grow in Merry Merlot

Hello Stampers ~ I have a great thank you card with my Bloom and Grow in Merry Merlot creation today.

I have a question for you today.

Do you prefer to use white or vanilla?

If you create cards you usually have one color you use a lot of.  For me it is white.  In fact I never think to use vanilla unless the designer series paper is one that has vanilla in it.  Which color do you use when you craft?

I managed to get my house cleaned yesterday.  I did the bathrooms and vacuumed.  In fact I have a rechargeable vacuum and half way through vacuuming it stopped and had to be recharged.  I did not touch my studio so I will be working on that today.  I also need to make my videos for the rest of the week as well as a couple of cards.  While I was cleaning I found a couple of window lights I missed so I have to put them in the light bin today as well as the garland on my mantle.

I have a One Color Wonder thank you card for today.  This card could easily be recreated in any color.  Here is the video show how I created the Bloom and Grow in Merry Merlot.

So you can see the coloring on the stamped image, here is the photo of the card.

This is a pretty Bloom and Grow in Merry Merlot thank you card. The video shows you how to do it.

Merry Merlot is not a color I grab very often.  It is a pretty color.  Here are some other ideas using that color to inspire you to use it.  This card uses the faux watercolor technique for a pretty card.  How about a butterfly and pair it with Granny Apple Green.  Daisies are very pretty in Merry Merlot also.

Thanks for visiting me today and I hope I inspired you.  It has been nice to be home but I have struggled with getting back into a routine.  I am hoping I will settle in soon.  Have a Wonderful Wednesday and what color would you use to make your version of the Bloom and Grow in Merry Merlot creation?
