Blooming Four Frames

Hello Ladies!

Wow yesterday was a beautiful day!  The sun was out all day and the temperature was just delightful.  I did not get into my stamp room as extenuating circumstances were not in my favor.

I needed a card to post for today.  I really did not know what I was going to do.  I went scrolling through my challenge blogs and saw this sketch at Nacho Average Challenges

I wanted something other than the flower image so I pulled out my catalog and started looking through it.  I saw the Four Frames and wondered if I could find something that would fit inside.  I wondered about the flower border in Bordering Blooms.  I stamped the frame I wanted to use then took the flower border and laid it on top of the frame.  It worked so I inked it up and cleaned up the parts I did not want.  I then stamped it inside the frame.  I wanted to make the flowers look like daisies as I love them.  After I colored them it determined my color palette.  I used Old Olive as a background and embossed it.  I then added a strip of Hello Honey that I stamped butterflies on.  I tried several card bases but loved the black the best.  Here is my completed card.

Here are the supplies I used for my card.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I am headed to the yarn store today to spend some time knitting.  Have a Great Day!
