Hello Stampers ~ I have a Butterfly Thanks card for you today!
We are going to have some beautiful weather the next few days. Maybe I will be able to spray my weeds! We have had windy or rainy days for the past 2 weeks and I have not been able to spray yet. Cross your fingers for me!
I totally missed posting this before the end of the catalog. This one uses the Serene Scenery dsp but you could easily use the new Wood Textures dsp. In fact I think I might remake this card and use that paper just so you can see how this layout is very versatile.
The card base is Wisteria Wonder that is embossed with the Woodland embossing folder. I then cut a piece of the Serene Scenery dsp that was mounted on Delightful Dijon. Then using a piece of Whisper White I stamped the butterflies from Garden in Bloom with Memento Tuxedo Black for the outline and Wisteria Wonder for the inside. The sentiment came from Jar of Love and was stamped with Old Olive. The butterflies were mounted on a piece of Old Olive. This layer was added to the card base with dimensionals. To finish off my card I added some sequins. Here is my completed creation.
