Okay I was able to make a couple of cards yesterday. It felt good to create and not mass produce. I will be doing some more mass producing but later in the week.
Today’s card used the sketch from the Caardvarks blog along with the color challenge from the Color Throwdown blog. Caardvarks had 3 sketches to choose from. I chose to use sketch 2. The required colors to use were Close to Cocoa, Pumpkin Pie, and Ruby Red. The pumpkin pie was a challenge as I didn’t have patterned paper that had that color in it. I was able to incorporate it though. Here is the sketch and my creation.
