Sorry for the late post today. I have had a horrible headache as part of this cold and it has zapped me of my energy not to mention having to deal with the pain.
Candice challenged me to do a card using the sketch at the Eat Sleep Stamp blog. This is a new blog she ran across. The sketch was an easy one compared to ones I have done so I took on the challenge. I picked out my stamp first and sitting on the table was this ribbon that I felt went with it perfectly. I took my colors from the ribbon. Now all I had to do was stamp and color the image and add my element and layers. Here is the sketch and my creation.
inside of card
Stamps: Daisy Field (TRL Design) Paper: Charcoal Black (The Paper Company), Old Olive, Summer Sun, white, black and white gingham (download of patterned paper – for the life of me I cannot find the blog or link, sorry) Ink: Palette Noir Black Accessories: scallop circle and 5/8″ circle punches, ribbon (I have had this forever, probably got at JoAnn’s), Basic Black – Certainly Celery – Old Olive – Summer Sun markers, sticky tape, dimensionals
This card took less than 30 minutes to make. Loved the sketch. I have some ideas I am playing with for a sketch set. Not sure where it will take me. Thanks for looking and have a Fabulous Friday!

I just love it. It was so pretty and everything went together so beautifully, so coordinated. Sandy
Sooooooo beautiful Robbie. I absolutely love it. It immediately put a smile on my face! I’m so glad you decided to play along with our challenge this week. I hope that you will play again with us!
Robbie, this is a SUNNY card; really liking all the coordinating elements and your take on this week’s sketch – that flower made of a scallop punch is PERFECT!!! Makes for a FUN card! 🙂
