Color Me Scattered

Hello Stampers!

I am so excited!  I had a very, very, very productive stamping day yesterday.  As you know I am headed to California at the end of this week.  I knew I would need some goodies to post for you while I am gone.  That means I need to work ahead.  I made a list of all I had to get done and yesterday I was able to make 6 – yes I said 6 – cards.  I had pinned lots of cards on my Pinterest board that appealed to me for one reason or another.  I used some of those cards and modified them – either through using different colors or different sets – to make my cards.  I am so excited as I have lots more cards than I need for while I am gone but that means when I get back I won’t have to work my fingers to the bones to get cards made.  Now you see why I am excited.  I plan on making more cards today for the challenge posts I have to do while I am gone.

Ok on to today’s card.  I went looking at my challenge blogs and found several of them that I liked.  One of them was the sketch challenge at Try Stampin on Tuesday.

I got a stamp set at Convention and I have to admit it is not an easy set to use.  I decided to see if I could use it for this sketch.  I did have to flip the sketch to get it to work for me.  Here is my interpretation of the sketch.

I recently got the Color Me Autumn wash tape and I pulled it out to use on this card.  I like the way it looks with the designer series paper.

Thanks for visiting me today.  I will be by myself again tomorrow so I should get a lot done again.  Have a Sensational Sunday!

  1. I have this set and not sure why you think it is difficult to use…but do like your rainbow affect on it. Very nicely done. Have a great time here in CA – be prepared for warmer weather where ever you are staying…starting to cool down but again it depends on where you are going. Safe travel!

  2. Love your thank you card, Robbie! Your colors look fantastic together! Thanks for playing with us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday.
