Good Morning Everyone ~ Today I have a Colorful Seasons Beautiful Thing card.
I had to clean out some closets and move stuff around for the painter yesterday so I only managed to get today’s card and 2 workshop cards completed. I have a lot of appointments today so not sure how much I will get done. I am glad I had my video for tomorrow completed. I still need to get my video for Friday completed so I may work on that on Thursday. I still have to unpack more boxes for my craft room as I am hunting through boxes to find my supplies. Maybe I can do a few more of those today.
We have a new challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments. This time we have a color challenge.
I wasn’t certain what I was going to do as the 2 reds are very close. I had watched a you tube video the other night and so I used the layout of the card in the video for my card today. I began with a piece of the Tutti-fruiti dsp and the largest Layering Oval to cut out the center. This piece was then mounted onto a piece of Whisper White. After I stamped the sentiment in the center, I attached the panel to a Real Red card base. On scrap paper I stamped the 2 flowers from Falling Flowers several times and the small flower from Colorful Seasons. I used a blender pen to color in the 2 red flowers. The matching framelits were used to cut them out and then they were mounted around the edge of the cut out using dimensionals and glue dots. Here is my completed Colorful Seasons Beautiful Thing card.

This is very pretty. The black and white really makes the color of the flowers pop
Thanks, I love using black and white with a color. Makes some very pretty cards.
