Happy Mid-Week Everyone!
Wednesday is our Coloring Down the Lines blog hop. I am the start of the hop so if you started at another blog you just need to keep going until you get back to where you started.
Our challenge this week was to use
Real Red, Tempting Turquoise, Very Vanilla
Real Red, Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie
I was not certain what I was going to do with this combination (did I tell you I am not thrilled with our new Color Coach). The colors just seem so blah to me. I then remembered that Patty Bennett did a tutorial on coloring punched coffee filters with reinker spritzers to make a flower and I decided to go with that idea. I made my flower and my card then went together fairly easy. Here is what I created using the first set of colors.

I think I have figured out how to avoid the yellow strip in my pictures. I plan on playing with my thoughts and see if it works. Hopefully my pictures will improve.
Now it is time to hop on down the lines to Amanda’s blog – Our Crafty Playdate to see what she did with the challenge. She recently had surgery on her ankle so make sure you leave her some extra special comments to help her feel better! Thanks for looking and have a Wonderful Wednesday!

Such a nice flower. I love the card. The embossing is super on this type of card. Great job.
